Design gets attention — copy gets the click

Many business websites look fine but say nothing specific. Good website content answers: What do you do? For whom? Why trust you? What should I do next?

Homepage copy formula

Headline — outcome + audience
Subhead — how you deliver it (speed, price, location)
Proof — logos, numbers, testimonials
CTA — one action (WhatsApp / form / call)

Bad: “We provide quality solutions with excellence.”
Good: “GST filing for Delhi freelancers — files in 48 hours, from ₹999.”

Service page structure (SEO + sales)

Each service gets its own URL:

  1. H1 — match what people search (“Website developer in Noida”)
  2. Problem — pain they feel today
  3. Your process — 3–5 steps
  4. Deliverables — bullet list of what they get
  5. FAQ — objections (price, timeline, revisions)
  6. CTA — link to contact with plan selected

Write for scanners

  • Short paragraphs (2–3 lines)
  • Bullets over walls of text
  • Bold key phrases sparingly
  • Real photos > generic stock

SEO without keyword stuffing

Use natural phrases once in title, H1, first paragraph, and one subheading:

  • “low budget website”
  • “freelance web developer India”
  • “[your city] [your service]”

Publish supporting articles — TechBisht has 14+ guides on the blog you can model.

Content checklist before hiring a developer

  • [ ] Business name and tagline finalized
  • [ ] List of services with 1-line descriptions
  • [ ] Phone, WhatsApp, email, address
  • [ ] 5–10 photos (real)
  • [ ] 2–3 testimonials or case blurbs
  • [ ] Competitor URLs you like (structure, not copy-paste)

Developers ship faster when copy is ready — saves revision rounds and money.

| Option | When | | ------ | ---- | | You | Local expertise, tight budget | | Developer light edit | Technical pages, SEO structure | | Copywriter | Brand campaigns, ads + site together |
